1. What is your position in the board and what are your main tasks?
My position is the head of the external committee and my main task is to keep a good relationship with our partners and look for new potential partners. I am also responsible for the communication between JSA and the two projects Investment club and Case Academy.
2. How is a typical workweek in your position?
Since the position is responsible for the external contact, a workweek can consist of meetings with both partners and the projects, answering a lot of emails and making phone calls to different companies about activities at the school and also about future cooperation.
3. What do you like to do in your free time? Any hobbies or specific interests?
On my free time I often go to the gym or just spend some quality time with my friends and family. I also read whenever I have the time, mostly literature with a psychological theme, with a glass of wine of course.
4. What made you decide to apply for your position?
I wanted to challenge myself and be involved in something outside the studies something that would bring me out of my comfort zone. I chose this position because I saw a lot of potential, I saw what it could be and I saw what I could bring to the table.
5. What have this opportunity given to you?
I am more outgoing and confident today than what I was before. It has also given me more experience and knowledge, you learn very much when you are a part of the JSA Board, such as compromising and cooperating with both other students and companies. You also learn how to find solutions to different problems and manage several things at the same time.
6. Do you have any advice for future applicants?
Be organized and prepared but don’t forget do make friends and have fun.
